Simon Chiang

Mr. Simon Chiang is the CEO of QCC with over 20 years of global leadership experience in banking technology, payments, and large-scale platform transformation. He has held senior leadership roles at Citi, including Head of North Asia Consumer Technology, Hong Kong Country Technology CIO, and Global Head of International Cards & Payments Technology, with earlier retail and corporate banking transformation experience at First Data, Bank of America and Commonwealth Bank of Australia. At QCC, Simon leads business strategy, product innovation, and global growth, bringing deep expertise in payment infrastructure and digital transformation across more than 40 markets.

Mr. Archer Zhang is the COO of QCC with over 20 years of experience in banking technology, payments, and operations. He has held senior leadership roles including CIO of Fiserv Greater China and IT Director at First Data China and brings extensive experience from Citigroup and a leading cross-border payment service provider in China and Hong Kong. At QCC, Archer oversees operations, product and project delivery, bringing deep expertise in card issuing, acquiring, cross-border payments, and large-scale financial technology implementation.

Sarah Wu
Sarah Wu is a Non-Executive Director of QCC with over 20 years of leadership experience in banking, payments, and fintech. She has held senior executive roles including North Asia GM at Fiserv, Head of Sales for Visa/CyberSource Greater China, and VP of Merchant & Acquiring Business Development at Mastercard. Her payment experience spans issuing and acquiring, online and offline payments, omnichannel commerce, card schemes and alternative payments, as well as risk and fraud solutions. At QCC, Sarah provides strategic guidance on business growth, market expansion, and partnerships, bringing deep industry expertise and an international perspective.
