1. Project Background and Client Challenges

The client, a fast growing Singapore based fintech firm, found its existing prepaid card system inadequate in terms of architectural scalability, multi chain extensibility, and cross border regulatory compliance. It urgently needed a next generation core system capable of supporting both traditional fiat based prepaid cards and a web3 wallet ecosystem, while also meeting diverse national regulatory and audit requirements. The solution had to ensure high concurrency stability as well as the agility required for Web3 oriented scenarios.


2. Full Stack Solution: Three Core Technology Pillars

Under the agreement, QCC will deliver endtoend technology services based on its mature CAKU card core system, covering the following three core areas:

Core Functions and Backend Management System: Build a prepaid card core business middle platform using APIs to seamlessly connect with issuers, KYC service providers, web3 wallets, and transaction risk control systems. The operations management backend will support user and card lifecycle management, transaction monitoring and financial reconciliation, multi level permission assignment, and a referral tracking engine with commission calculation logic.

Mobile and Lightweight Applications: Develop native iOS and Android wallet apps that enable wallet registration, KYC guidance, card management, and transaction history inquiries. Simultaneously, a Telegram mini app will be developed to provide a lightweight experience with functions aligned to the native app within the social media ecosystem.

Web3 Wallet System Integration: Take responsibility for developing and integrating technical interfaces for third party custodial wallets, including enabling web3 top up and fund aggregation logic, as well as supporting deposit/withdrawal operations and fund distribution across two specific chain protocols.

Full Stack Legacy System Replacement: The CAKU product will fully take over the client’s legacy system, offering a one stop suite of technical capabilities from card lifecycle management, KYC, transaction risk engine integration, to multi level distributor hierarchical management– significantly reducing maintenance costs.

Native Multi Language and Multi Chain Architecture: The system natively supports UI language switching and multi chain protocol extensibility, establishing a clear architectural foundation for the client to offer API based services to downstream partners in the future.

Additional Enterprise Grade Features: The project also includes virtual and physical card management, Apple Pay and Google Pay support, custom report generation for up to 15 categories, real time anti fraud monitoring, and team training services.
